Meet Dr. Behrooz Mandanipour
Dr. Mandanipour is a surgical specialist in podiatric medicine. He received his doctorate degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Mandanipour has affiliations with the New York Hospital of Queens and Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. He also has surgical privileges at the Fifth Avenue Surgery Center and the Gramercy Surgery Center in Manhattan.

Samantha kramerOctober 27, 2023Fantastic experience all around. I was a new patient in a lot of pain and they were incredibly accommodating to see me. I had some questions if my insurance would covered and the woman on the phone looked into it and got right back to me. The doctor even called personally before my appointment. When I arrived I was seen right away. I am terrified of needles and it took me a while to be ready for the numbing injection. Dr. Mandanipour was so incredibly kind and patient. He repeatedly walked me through it, answered all my questions, and told me he had no patients after me so I could take my time to mentally prepare. And then answered my questions some more. He never minimized what the procedure would feel like but it made me trust him even more. It was a short procedure maybe 10 minutes but he constantly checked in during to make sure I was okay. He even gave me some gauze and bandages to take home so I didn’t have to go but some. While I hope to never do that again, it was the most pleasant experience given the circumstance. He told me to call if anything and it was maybe the first doctor experience where I felt it was sincere and that I would be comfortable to do so. I can’t recommend enough.

Dr. Mandanipour is the BEST and only one you need. He was highly recommended by a coworker of mine who had bunion surgery. I booked and appointment with Amber ( greatest representative on earth!). His bedside manner was great and he took time to throughly explain why I was experiencing pain. I had an angry cyst on my bunion. He drained it in office and I went home with no pain right after. Months after I decided to schedule my surgery for my bunion. It was successful and Amber made sure the logistics were seamless. Currently still healing and doing well. Do yourself a favor and visit progressive foot care. You will not regret it. This team and Dr. Mandanipour is the best.
